1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by DealClubHub (“Sponsor”), [LEGAL ENTITY NAME / OWNER NAME], [ADDRESS]. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon.com, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, or any other retailer or platform.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period

4. How to Enter

• Limit one (1) base entry per person and per email address.
• Bonus entries may be earned by completing optional actions shown in the entry widget (such as referring friends or following Sponsor’s social channels). Referred friends must be eligible individuals; fake or duplicate referrals will be disqualified.
• Entries generated by bots, scripts, VPN/proxy masking, or any automated means are void. Sponsor uses fraud-detection tools to validate entries.

5. Prize

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of the prize.
